All TSS Placement Consultants complete and maintain
certification with the State of California and
American Association of Staffing Professionals.
Becoming
a “California Accredited Consultant”
(CAC) requires completion of a six week course
and exam on California specific laws and regulations
that govern the staffing industry. The American
Association of Staffing Professionals national
certification (CSP) program involves successful
completion of an exam designed to ensure that
the Placement Consultants you work with know employment
laws and can provide the absolute best human resources
solution for you. Both organizations adhere to
a Code of Ethics and require continued education
to maintain certification. Look for the "CAC"
and “CSP” designations after your
consultant's name.
