Temporary employees are guaranteed up to eight hours in the first day. If you’re not satisfied with the performance of a TSS temporary employee, tell us within the first four hours of their arriving at the assignment and we’ll replace the employee free of charge.

As part of our service to you, we ask for a performance evaluation on the first day of as employee’s assignment to ensure that the individual met your quality and accuracy standards. We’ll check in with you weekly, and continue to ask for a monthly performance evaluation every month to make sure you’re satisfied with our employee’s performance throughout the duration of the assignment.
