Then we get to work.
- We conduct in-depth interviews to assess a candidate’s major strengths, weaknesses, and suitability for the position.
- We conduct thorough background investigations that include reference, credit and criminal checks. We can also conduct education verifications if necessary.
- By the time we refer someone to you for an interview, we’re not just introducing you to a potential employee, we’re referring a relationship. You’ll receive their resume, biography, and a completed search questionnaire that we tailored to your open position.
- Once you decide on one of our candidates, we will negotiate and facilitate the delivery of the employment offer to the candidate, and also assist the candidate in resigning from their current company if applicable.
