Program 1 targets talented professionals ready for positions in Accounting, Administration, Bookkeeping, Clerical Services, Convention, Data Entry or Reception. Refer someone who is hired as a Temp and you will earn $50 once they complete 40 hours. If your referral gets a Temp to Hire or Direct Hire position you will earn $150.

Program 2 rewards you for referring top talent to Direct Hire positions in Management, Banking and Financial Services. We're currently seeking Branch Managers, Brokers, Business Development Pros, Credit Managers, Loan Offices, Personal Bankers, Sales and Service Managers and Underwriters to name a few. If your referral is hired, you will earn 5% of the placement fee that TSS receives.
